These 12 x 12 inch VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) paper sheets are produced at a 30 lb. basis weight and impregnated with active corrosion-inhibiting chemistry. The VCI compound vaporizes continuously within an enclosed space, forming a protective molecular layer on ferrous metal surfaces without requiring direct contact across every exposed area.
These sheets are well suited for wrapping individual metal components or lining the interiors of shipping containers before packing. Manufacturers, machine shops, metal stamping operations, hardware distributors, and export packagers rely on VCI paper to protect parts, tooling, stampings, and machined components during both storage and long-distance transit.
A recommended application rate of one square foot of VCI paper per one cubic foot of enclosed packaging volume helps ensure consistent corrosion protection. Each case contains 1,000 sheets. Order in single or multiple cases to match ongoing production or shipping requirements.
