These 18 x 24 inch VCI flat poly bags are manufactured from 4 mil low-density polyethylene film embedded with a vapor corrosion inhibitor. The VCI chemistry releases into the enclosed air space and deposits on metal surfaces, forming a molecular protective layer that prevents oxidation, rust, and tarnish — no oils, desiccants, or secondary wrapping materials required.
The transparent film allows warehouse staff and fulfillment teams to visually identify contents, conduct inventory counts, and pick orders without opening each bag. These bags are well suited for ferrous and non-ferrous metal parts, machined components, finished assemblies, and tooling in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and industrial distribution environments.
The 4 mil construction provides a durable puncture-resistant moisture and dust barrier in addition to corrosion protection. Bag film may include printed corrosion-inhibitor attribute labeling. Each case contains 250 bags and ships via parcel carrier.
